What To Expect From A Therapy Session! The First Session Typically Lasts Up To 90 Minutes And Will Include –

A Consultation – helping me to gain a better understanding of the treatment needs of your dog, we will go through medical history, diet, pre-existing conditions or problems and their activities of daily
living. Your personal expectations of the treatment will also be
discussed alongside how they like to be handled and their behaviour and personality.
Gait analysis – visual assessment of how your dog moves
Posture analysis – assessment of your dog’s standing, which may
highlight areas of tension
Initial palpation – hands-on assessment enabling me to identify injury, trigger points, scar tissue, and muscular problems
Full body massage – up to 50 minutes of full body treatment focussing on areas of concern
Feedback – I will explain any areas of issue I have located and any
subsequent care that is required going forward

Further Treatments – Treatment Plans Will Vary;

I aim to improve your dog within 1 – 3 sessions over 3 weeks. After those 3 sessions a report will be sent to your vet, in the unlikely event that there is no change in your dog during those 3 sessions, I will refer you back to your vet for further investigation.
All aftercare advice will be given to you after each session.
Regular maintenance sessions and Manual Lymphatic Drainage are also part of the treatment services I can offer.
